Data for all causes of death has been updated to May 2021, and data for major causes of death has been updated to February 2021. In the previous reports, prefectures referred to "place of residence" for data including all causes of death, while "place of death registration" was used for data on major causes of death. From this report, "place of residence" is used for both.
